Baba Farid Public School, named after the great sufi saint of 12th century Baba Farid Ji, is a minority community, non – profit making, co-educational English Medium, partly Residential, Senior Secondary institution affiliated to C.B.S.E, New Delhi
The foundation stone of the school was laid by Padam Vibhushan Dr. Khem Singh Gill, Vice-Chancellor, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana on 26th April, 1992 and its first academic session was inaugurated by his Excellency Sh. Surendra Nath the Governor of Punjab on 12th April, 1993.
